This section of the website details each of our major services and programs. Here is a selected overview:
ACH Program: Automatic payment program for water bills. Each month your water bill is deducted from your checking account. Forms for this program can be downloaded from the Water section of this site or stop by the office.
Drive Thru Window: Residents wanting to pay their water or lot bills in person, or secure information, without coming into the office may use the convenient drive thru window located on the north side of the building, facing the park and tennis courts. There is also a mail drop located just to the left of the main entrance door.
The Breeze: A newsletter published periodically by the District and mailed to every resident who has a water account. Lot owners who live out of town can request to be on the mailing list. Additionally, each issue is maintained on this site. The publication shares pertinent information from the District.
Permits: The District Engineer must approve any work that affects drainage, easements, right of ways, sea walls, and new development prior to the final County approval. This is particularly true of any and all drainage areas.
Parks: There are four parks in Spring Lake, Pine Breeze being the largest. Located adjacent to the tennis courts on Spring Lake Blvd., Pine Breeze has a complete playground for children up to 12; basketball courts; horseshoe pits; picnic tables and grilles. The Community Center is also located at this park. The Village I park is located on the far west side of Thunder Road, west of Lakeview. There are benches around the pond; picnic tables and grilles; playground equipment; and shuffleboard courts. Russ Ankrom park is located in Village II and amenities are being added by the District. Arbuckle Creek park is beautifully situated at the mouth of the creek and Lake Isktopoga. There is a boat ramp, dock, picnic area, and bathroom. Residents must secure a gate code to access this restricted area.
Community Center: Located in Pine Breeze Park the Center is restricted to use by our residents. Reservations for use can be made at the District office. The Center has a capacity for 98 people and a kitchen with a refrigerator, sink, and microwave. Deposits are required and must be paid at the District Office.
Tennis Courts: Located adjacent to the District Office the courts are restricted for use by residents and their guests. A key for the locked gate can be secured at the Office for a fee of $5, and is assigned to you.
Public Records: District Manager Joe DeCerbo is the Public Records custodian for the District; all requests can be made directly to him or by stopping by the District Office. Additionally, there is a Public Records room available for use as well.
